In 2019, the first Collections & Vulnerability Summit Annual Dinner featured both the Collections & Customer Service (CCS) Awards and the Utilities & Telecoms (U&T) Awards and it was a sold out event.
By uniting both awards programmes, Credit Strategy brought together the widest possible group of credit and collections professionals, across multiple sectors, to showcase those independently judged as best-in-class.
The annual dinner, which followed the Collections & Vulnerability Summit, marks the culmination of our unique, major gathering of credit and collections professionals, working across the financial services, energy, water, telecoms and public sectors.
The CCS Awards presents an opportunity to champion the outstanding achievements of organisations, teams and individuals working for financial services providers, or central or local government.
The U&T Awards presents an opportunity to champion the outstanding achievements of organisations, teams and individuals working for energy, water or telecoms providers.
