IGF makes another big appointment

Invoice financer and asset based lender IGF has appointed a new chief financial officer.

Nick Price has stepped into the newly created role to lead the existing finance function at group level.

 

The company said they created this role following expansion of the company to help deliver the its ambitions to support more SMEs across the UK.

 

IGF added: “Price must ensure IGF’s financial risk is appropriately managed and stakeholder management remains strong.”

 

Before joining IGF, he held the interim chief financial officer position at lender OakNorth following a six-year career at financial services group Close Brothers where he was the finance director for the commercial division.

 

Price has also worked for KPMG, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.

 

John Onslow, chief executive officer at IGF, said: “IGF is enjoying a period of strategic change and development as it pursues some ambitious growth targets.”
