CSA president joins Ardent Credit Services

The president of the Credit Services Association, John Ricketts, has joined Ardent Credit Services as its new managing director.

Ricketts joined the credit management and debt recovery services provider last week, on June 1.

 

He succeeds the role from founder of the company Steve Murray who has become chief executive of Ardent and will focus on driving the company’s digital agenda.

 

Ricketts has nearly 40 years’ experience in the credit services sector and has held board positions at Robinson Way and the Infocheck Group. He has also held senior positions at Dun and Bradstreet, Experian and most recently Allied International Credit.

 

He said the credit management and debt recovery industry remains compliance and performance-driven and said Ardent has “all the right foundations” for further growth.

 

Murray said: “Growth requires strong foundations and John’s appointment is an important addition to our talented team. I’m delighted to welcome him on board at this exciting stage in the company’s continued progression.”
